CanopyChat Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CanopyChat. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Subscription

CanopyChat Plus is offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription for $4.99 per month, unless a different price is shown in the App Store purchase sheet. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Apple Terms

Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Apple's standard terms and subscription rules apply, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

AI Output

CanopyChat uses AI models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing responses before relying on them. CanopyChat is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

Web Search and Sources

When web grounding is used, CanopyChat may summarize third-party sources. Source availability, ranking, and accuracy can vary. You should verify important information directly with the original source.

User Content

You are responsible for prompts, files, photos, and other content you provide. Do not use CanopyChat to violate laws, infringe rights, create harmful content, or misuse another person's private information.

Availability

Features may change over time. Local inference performance depends on device capability, available storage, battery state, and iOS behavior. Web-grounded features require network access.

Termination

We may suspend or limit access if the app is misused, if required by law, or if continued operation would create security or platform risk.

CanopyChat is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement.
