What to Include
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The CanopyChat app version and build number.

Subscription Help
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. If a purchase does not appear, tap Restore Purchases in CanopyChat, then check iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Model Download Help
The first on-device model setup may require a large download. Use Wi-Fi, keep the app open during first setup when possible, and make sure your iPhone has enough available storage.
Permissions
Location, camera, photo, and file access can be changed in iOS Settings. CanopyChat asks for these permissions only when a feature needs them.
